The service
Write & Wait lets you write a letter to your future self, choose a delivery date, and pay once. We securely store your letter, then print and physically mail it to the address you provide on the date you choose.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (name, address, and email) and choosing a delivery date. If your address changes, contact us as soon as possible so we can update it before your letter is printed.
Delivery and timing
Delivery timing depends on postal services and is not guaranteed to arrive on an exact day. We aim to print and dispatch letters so they arrive around the chosen delivery date.
Cancellations and refunds
If your letter has not yet been printed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help. Once a letter has been printed or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel or refund because it is a personalised physical product.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use Write & Wait to send illegal content, harmful material, or anything that violates applicable laws. We may refuse service where required to comply with legal obligations.
Liability
We take care to deliver the service reliably, but we can’t accept liability for delays or failures caused by third parties (such as postal services) or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service. The latest version will always be available on this page.
