Payment details are handled securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Your information is used only to:
- Store your letter securely
- Print and physically mail it on the delivery date you choose
- Send essential service emails (such as order confirmation)
We do not use your data for marketing, tracking, or profiling.
Data storage and security
Your letter is stored securely and access is restricted. It is printed only when it’s time to prepare it for physical delivery.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Email communications
We send only transactional emails related to your order, such as confirmations or important service updates. We do not send newsletters or promotional emails.
Sharing your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We only share personal data with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the service (such as payment processing and email delivery). Letters are printed in-house and mailed via Royal Mail. Letters are sealed before posting and are not opened or read as part of the mailing process.

We keep your information only for as long as needed to deliver your letter and meet legal obligations.
After delivery, data is securely removed in line with our retention practices.
